What is Manzo?
Manzo is a digital rental platform for Saudi Arabia. You search verified property listings, book viewings, make rental offers, and complete the lease digitally — with official Ejar contracts and REGA-licensed advertising.
How do I rent a property on Manzo?
Browse listings, book a viewing in-app, submit a rental offer to the lister, and once accepted, the lease is registered through Ejar. Everything happens inside the app.
What is Ejar and does Manzo use it?
Ejar is Saudi Arabia's official rental contract registration network. Manzo completes leases through Ejar, so your rental agreement is legally registered.
Are Manzo listings verified?
Listings carry REGA advertising licences, and property ownership is verified. Look for the verification and licence indicators on each listing.
How much is the security deposit?
The deposit is set by the lister and shown on each listing. It's held per the rental agreement and returned at the end of the lease subject to its terms.
What fees does Manzo charge?
Manzo charges a service fee disclosed on each listing before you submit your offer. No hidden fees.
Can I book a viewing before renting?
Yes. Manzo lets you request a property viewing in-app and coordinate the time with the lister.
Which cities does Manzo cover?
Manzo operates across Saudi Arabia. The cities with live listings are the ones you can filter by on the browse page, and coverage grows as new listings are verified.
